Lately, I've been experimenting with my morning routine, trying to find a balance between being productive and not feeling overwhelmed right after waking up. I used to jump straight into checking emails and social media, but that just made me feel rushed and anxious.

Now, I've started dedicating the first 15 minutes to stretching and making a simple breakfast without distractions. It's a small change, but I already feel a bit more grounded. Still, some mornings it’s hard to stick with it, especially when I’m tempted to scroll through my phone right away.
