Lately, I’ve been feeling like my mornings are way too chaotic. Between checking emails, making coffee, and figuring out what to wear, I end up rushing out the door stressed. I’m considering cutting down to just the essentials: a quick shower, a simple breakfast, and prepping my outfit the night before. I’m curious if anyone else has streamlined their morning routine without feeling like they’re missing out on important prep or mental space. How do you decide what’s worth keeping and what’s just noise? Also, any tips on quick breakfasts that won’t slow me down but still keep me fueled would be great.
