Lately, I've been trying to get my mornings on track because they always seem to spiral into a rushed mess. I used to just hit snooze a dozen times, grab whatever was easiest for breakfast, and then rush out the door feeling frazzled. Now, I'm experimenting with waking up just 30 minutes earlier to squeeze in some quiet time, a cup of tea, and a quick stretch. It's been tough to actually get out of bed that early, but when I do, the whole day feels a bit smoother. I’m also dabbling with prepping breakfast the night before—overnight oats are my current go-to, and weirdly enough, it feels like a small win every morning. Still, some days I fall back into old habits, and it’s frustrating. Anyone else have mornings that are a total rollercoaster? What little tweaks have made your mornings better without feeling like a chore?
