So, I've been trying to get a solid morning routine going because honestly, my mornings have been a chaotic mess for way too long. I’ve read all about making your bed, drinking water first thing, and having some quiet time before diving into emails, but sticking to all that has been tougher than I thought.

This week, I decided to just pick one small thing: stretching for five minutes. It’s nice because it doesn’t feel overwhelming, and it wakes me up without feeling like a workout punishment. But then I wonder, is it better to do a bunch of little things or just nail one habit before adding more? What’s your go-to morning ritual that actually helps you start the day on the right foot?
