Feeling like I’m stuck in a loop of stress and can’t shake it off

Lately, it feels like every day is just a repeat of the last—wake up, rush through work, stare at my phone a bit too much, and then crash feeling exhausted but wired. This has been going on for about a month now, and honestly, I’m starting to wonder if this is just how life is supposed to feel or if I’m missing something to break the cycle. I’ve tried a couple of things like journaling and going for short walks, but the heavy feeling of stress just keeps creeping back. I’m really hoping to hear if anyone else has been through something similar and what helped them get back to feeling more like themselves. Sometimes just knowing that others have been there and made it through can make a world of difference.
