Battery Drain Issues on Android After Latest Update—Any Fixes?

I recently updated my Android phone to the latest OS version, and since then, the battery has been draining way faster than usual. I usually get a full day out of it, but now I’m barely making it through the afternoon without scrambling for a charger. I’ve tried disabling some background apps and lowering screen brightness, but it doesn’t seem to help much. Has anyone else experienced a similar battery drain right after an update? I’m wondering if it’s a common bug or if maybe some setting got changed behind the scenes. I’m hesitant to do a factory reset unless absolutely necessary since I don’t want to lose data.
