I've been feeling a bit overwhelmed and stuck in a rut for the past few weeks. It’s like every day feels heavy, and even small tasks seem to take a lot of effort. I usually enjoy my routine, but lately it’s been hard to find motivation or joy in the things I normally look forward to.

Work has been especially stressful, with deadlines piling up and little time to decompress. Outside of that, I’ve noticed I’m not as social as I used to be, which only makes me feel more isolated. I’m trying to remind myself that it’s okay to have off periods, but it’s tough not to get discouraged.

Has anyone else gone through something similar? How did you cope or pull yourself out of that funk? I’d love to hear any tips or just stories about what helped you when you felt overwhelmed and stuck.
