But somehow, I keep hitting snooze more times than I'd like to admit, and then I end up rushing around trying to get out the door.

I've experimented with different alarm sounds, moving my phone across the room, and even prepping breakfast the night before, but it doesn't always stick. I think part of the problem is that I try to pack too much into the first hour, and it just feels overwhelming.
