dealing with a picky eater cat

Anyone else have a cat that acts like a food critic? I've got this little fluffball who sniffs her food and then looks at me like I served her the worst dish in the world. 😂 I've tried all sorts of brands and flavors, but she seems to have a new preference every other week. I even went down the rabbit hole of trying homemade food. That was an adventure in itself! Ever tried cooking chicken for a cat who then decides she's not in the mood for poultry? 🙄 Would love to hear your experiences or any tips on what finally worked for your finicky felines.
