lately, i've been trying to find joy in the small things amidst the daily grind. whether it's savoring my morning coffee, getting lost in a good book, or even just taking a few minutes to pause and breathe. it's so easy to get caught up in the rush of things, but i've realized how important it is to intentionally seek out those bits of happiness. anyone else have small habits or routines that help bring a little joy into your day? would love to hear your thoughts and maybe even pick up some new ideas!
