So I've been feeling super overwhelmed with everything going on. It's like life just keeps piling things up, and I can't seem to catch a break. Between work, trying to maintain some sort of social life, and just day-to-day stuff, it's a lot. I keep finding myself exhausted and a bit on edge, almost like I'm waiting for something to go wrong. Anyone else feeling this way? How do you cope when life just won't slow down? Any tips or small changes that have helped you find a bit of peace in the chaos? Would love to hear how others are managing or any little routines that bring some calm. 🤔💬

Totally get where you’re coming from — that feeling of being on edge and waiting for the next thing to go wrong is so exhausting. When life piles up like that, I’ve found that carving out even just 5-10 minutes for myself helps a bit. Sometimes it’s just sitting quietly with a cup of tea or stepping outside for a quick walk, just to reset my brain.

Also, I try to give myself permission to say no or scale back on social stuff when I’m running low on energy. It’s tough because it feels like you should keep up with everything, but sometimes less is more when it comes to preserving your peace. Hope you find some little moments that help you breathe through the chaos — you’re definitely not alone in this.
