So I've been feeling super overwhelmed with everything going on. It's like life just keeps piling things up, and I can't seem to catch a break. Between work, trying to maintain some sort of social life, and just day-to-day stuff, it's a lot. I keep finding myself exhausted and a bit on edge, almost like I'm waiting for something to go wrong. Anyone else feeling this way? How do you cope when life just won't slow down? Any tips or small changes that have helped you find a bit of peace in the chaos? Would love to hear how others are managing or any little routines that bring some calm. 🤔💬
