so my toddler has recently entered the phase where everything seems to be a potential meltdown trigger. one minute they're laughing, the next they're on the floor screaming because their sock is 'too socky'. toddlers, right?

i used to get super stressed about it, but now i try to remind myself that it's just a part of growing up. i try to keep calm and think about what might be causing their frustration. sometimes it's hunger, tiredness, or just needing a cuddle. i've found that getting down to their level and speaking softly helps too.

i’d love to hear how you guys manage these moments. any tips or funny stories? it’s always nice to know i’m not alone in this chaotic toddler world! 😂
