Ever get that afternoon slump where you just can't keep your eyes open and the workday feels like it's dragging on forever? It's like clockwork for me around 2pm. I’ve tried the usual coffee fix, but sometimes it just doesn't cut it. Recently, I've been experimenting with taking a short walk outside if the weather's nice. Just 10 minutes, but it really helps clear my head and re-energize me. Sometimes I’ll listen to a podcast or some music to make it more enjoyable. I’ve also heard about people doing quick desk exercises or even just standing up and stretching. It sounds a bit silly but might be worth a shot. What’s everyone else doing to tackle that slump? Any tips or tricks that actually work for you? Would love to hear some new ideas! 😊
