Personally, I hate Paypal. Despise it. They limited my MOTHER of all people because she refused to give photo I.D.

It's useful because everybody uses it and knows about it but they tax stupid amounts and that annoys me.

Had to vote for option 3.. Screw paypal.. I'm gonna use move to MoneyBookers or AlertPay after this..

I like it somehow.
Useable and fine for transferring money.

Well though I dont like it due to chargebacks, account limits and such..The truth is MOST people use it.
You ask someone what they use to transfer money on the internet and they'll most likely say 'Paypal..obviously' :/

There are lots of complaints about Paypal, but I have had no problems.
