Windows 7 Taskbar in Windows XP

Hey guys today I'm going to show you how you can get the Windows 7 taskbar in windows XP.

Here's my taskbar in XP right now.




It even has transparency!


It looks a lot like Windows 7 right?

Now first you should patch your uxtheme by downloading this program and running it, and then just follow the directions.

After download this theme (only the theme folder) if you want only the theme in Windows 7.
black version : http://www.askvg.com/download-sevenvg-bl...indows-xp/
blue version : http://www.askvg.com/sevenvg-rtm-downloa...indows-xp/

Then download Viglance, http://lee-soft.com/viglance/
Once you downloaded Viglance click on ViGlance OneStep and you're done!

You can change the Viglance options by right clicking the icon on the right of your taskbar and click on Options.

Do you mean the color? I think there is a white/grayish windows 7 taskbar out there :o if you use that and use the transparent feature it will look fully transparent.

Most Windows 7 Themes that you can download for Windows XP now actually have the bar that do it automatically for you now.

That's an entire theme pack then, the theme pack will change the startup, icons, search etc. If you want a simple Windows 7 taskbar this is for you.
