Excessive Exercise Is Dangerous

For those who are doing rigorously excessive exercise are at the verge of getting heart failure. Therefore, one should always do exercise at slow speed and take frequent breaks. Never exert yourself. Always remember, one mile of walking burns the same of calories which is burnt by one mile running.
