Hello Friends,
Evernote is a free program that helps collate and organize information by allowing you to keep all your notes, voice recordings, Web page clippings and video clips in one place. Files are stored on your computer as well as on a centralized server. If the program malfunctions, it can be reinstalled without losing your files.
1. Click on the Windows logo and select "Control Panel" then click "Programs and Features" to search for Evernote if it hasn't already been uninstalled. A window opens that displays all programs installed on your computer. If you have a large number of programs installed, it may take a few moments for the full list to appear.
2. Click the bar at the top of the list marked "Name" to display the entries in alphabetical order. Scroll through the list until you find Evernote and select it. Click the "Uninstall" button that appears at the top of the menu to confirm that you wan to uninstall the program when prompted. You may need to restart your computer to complete the process.
3. Open your preferred Web browser and go the main Evernote site. Click the "Get Evernote" button to download the program to your computer. Double-click on the downloaded file to install a new copy of Evernote. You can then sign in to recover your files.
Thanks and Regards,
