How to get an IP from an SSH Tunnel?

Okay so there's this site and it's about my town, like a secrets thing where the admin posts crap about people from out town. He uses SSH Tunnel from a VPS in Romania, is it possible to get his IP from this to turn it into authorities or does SSH Tunnelling fudge this all up?
Any help would be good.
