Okay so my mum came home today saying she needs me to come help her get a mouse that my grandmas cat had caught, so I set off in the car and on the way to my grandmas she said "Oh I need to drop into Focus, Grandma wants a window stopper to stop other cats coming in". I was like WTF but didn't think anything off it. We go to the industrial estate (where focus used to be, but we still call it that) and we got out the car, she went towards curries and I said "I thought we was going to Focus?" she kind of mumbled and walked into Currys. When we got in to the store she handed me a card which said "You have to spend £500" I was like o_O
At first I thought it was a joke, she never gives me this much money, lol. I was in shock and was asking her if it was a joke. After her finally convincing me it's real I went and bought a brand new Laptop, new Xbox controller and a new battery charger (for my controllers).
The Laptop is amazing, the specs are BRILLIANT. The processor isn't all that but everything else is amazing!
Here's my laptop

I'M SO FREAKING HAPPY!!!!!

that's pretty nice but you are being a hypocrite.
your sig

couldn't your mom use that to donate to charities?

Lol? My signature is completely different. It's saying why are we designing things to kill people, when we could be saving them. Why should my "mom" and I donate it to charity? Our family isn't rich, far from it, so why shouldn't we treat ourselves for once? Also, my personal work IS my internet. I'm creating an internet web development course which requires microsoft word and I also run around 6 websites. Don't come on my thread trying to drag down my happiness, I don't need your negativity.

Lucky you. Looks like a very decent laptop! Although if I were you, I'd have put that $500 towards a new build.

It's an amazing laptop mate, it runs so smoothly and perfectly. The only thing I would change about it is possibly better sound quality and/or the processor.

SLAP HIM DAMINK! Who does he think he is taking your job? Q_Q
Lol, thanks for the reply. I'm having a lil' trouble at the moment with the wireless at home, which is caused by this laptop. I just switched the encryption type to TKIP from AES and things seem to be MUCH MUCH faster now, not as fast as it should be, but it's better. It's slowing down my whole internet. :S
