Anyone with knowledge on BSA

Since my boss is high worried abou BSA I have some questions.
I work as a GFX designer and have all legal programs, but.

I run portable Counter Strike, that should be fine.

I know I am not allowed to have Counter Strike non-steam on my computer, but how about Steam bought Counter Strike. If I have bought the game it's all right, right?

Also what about torrent programs like Vuze? They should be fine as long as I don't have torrents or some crap.
