Yeah, because some may have been deleted, or it may not be an accruate display. Mybb stats aren't always accurate, even on the stats page.

You're UID is 12 152 meaning you're definitely not the 10 000th member.

UID is just a better way of determining where you came in on the forum because if members are deleted, that UID doesn't go back to the deleted UID and fill it in for any newer registrants. It's more safe to just continue on from where the database left off.
