You cannot PICK your own ip address lmfao.

Call your ISP.

Better yet, don't hang around with skiddies who DDOS and you won't have to worry about this.

Well if you simply want to ban evade, why not get a proxy or a VPN?

Would be much easier and would quickly allow you to change ips from a wide variety.

I am going too do this all while sleeping tonight
1. Release my IP over night for about 9 hours.
2. turn off my computer while that is happening.
3. unplug my router & modem and hope for the best.

If these do not happen i am not going to pay my bill and wait till the ISP comes and disconnects my internet then i am going to have them turn it back on. my friend said this is a method that works.

For my ISP, (Static Ip Address), they told me I would be assigned a new ip address if I didn't have my modem powered for 2 weeks. It ranges from ISP to ISP, but you can also ask them to change it, if you have a good reason, its free, if not they charge you.

Good luck with your overnight plan.

Only way you can change you s-ip is by either calling your isp or change to a different isp.
You either die a hero or you live long enough to see yourself become the villian
