Ginkgo biloba

What's your view on taking this? It's supposed to increase/improve the blood flow to the brain which makes you ultimately use it better and improve your memory.

Has anyone taken this before?

Although it sounds helpful, I would not consider taking this because of the possible side effects and drug interactions.

If you have thin blood as it is (sorry forgot what that is called) I'm sure this could cause serious issues. I would definitely talk to your doctor or health specialist first.

I wouldn't recommend it. If you're that interested in it ask you doctor about it.
