8/10 I like the render and blending, butt it looks a little sketchy around his/her mouth.

Blending really needs work.
Some parts of the face look really blurred, same with the hair.
The wings don't flow very well with the girl.
The text needs to be nearer to the focal point rather than being on its own. (You should only ever have 1 focal point and work everything around it).
Lighting and colours need work.

Keep trying though.
