If you do not have a dynamic home IP address you can contact your ISP and see to either getting one, or instructions on changing your IP.

Go to your router, then look on the back and click a red button. That will reset everything on your router including IP and your computer won't know where to connect to so you will have to reorder everything again. Thats my way.

If you're referring to the fact that you have a static IP, and want it dynamic. Just call your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and let them know that you would like it changed.

I would suggest you use the vpn "proXPN" has a dynamic ip and it will change every time you login to it.
