[Help] Can't Load HF!

Recently, in the past 18 hours, I have not been able to load hackforums.net

In FireFox, I receive this message:
The connection has timed out
The server at hackforums.net is taking too long to respond.

In IE, I receive this message:
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage


I can use both of these browsers perfectly, and have good internet connection. Anyone else experiencing this? And ideas on a solution?

I doubt an infection would block HF and not anti-virus websites. I'm having no other symptoms. Ill restart my router when I get home, maybe my IP is getting blocked for unknown reasons, ill try log in at an internet cafe.

Also, there is no reason why I should be IP banned. I have never done anything wrong on HF, in-fact, I've donated, been part of the HJT team, have a great tutorial with like some ridiculous amount of views and no neg rep.
