Find a saved file for a newb
#1
I opened a publisher file without saving it (just hit open with) and once I made corrections I saved it, however now I can't find it. Is there a temp folder that my file could be in?

You saved it? What did you open it with?

Opened with MS Publisher and then hit ctrl+s

Hmmmmmm..
I'd most likely say that MS Publisher has a temp folder. Try opening a new document, and click save. See where it first goes. Cause I know GIMP has some type of bin folder..

Moved thread to The Lounge.
This is not a Firefox Support question, so I'm trying to keep things clear.

What version of Publisher are you using? Have you tried opening Publisher again? If there was an unsaved version of your file, Publisher should ask you if you want to recover it. If that doesn't work, click on File and look at the bottom and it should show you the last few files that have been opened with that program. (If you have your computer set to show "personalized menus", you may have to click on the downward pointing arrow at the very bottom of the pull-down menu to show all the options.) If it's there, click on it to open it. Then click on File>Save as and it should show you where it's saved.
