Can't Post or Send PMs

I can't post in the Suggestions&Feedback forum, or send Private Messages! Please help!

Here's what is says for the PM:

And for the posting:

The problem is with posting threads.

It was a permissions problem, with this Forum.
So, i reset the permissions, and now you can post threads also.
