Haha, you could get out of that easy anyway.
Leave your wireless open, so when they come to check it out they see that someone could have been sitting outside on their laptop. Then 0-write your drive and re-install your OS.
Its very, very hard to prove small internet crimes. For all you know you could be infected by a bot and it was executing commands from another location (won't be hard to infect yourself!) haha.

I know it was a phising scam, but I'm just saying... it can be very hard to prove it was one specific person.

It was a joke from someone, it wasn't really the ic3.

It might be like a customer from ebay or someone has had paid you on paypal sometime can view your personal information. Someone could have doxed your email or got it from you xbl account. Thats only a few ways I can think of.
