Is HF down or is it just me?

For the past 3-4 days, hf has been down for me. This isn't just me, is it? downforeveryoneorjustme says it's up, but honestly, i tried from home, the library, and a wifi hotspot at McD's and all are down... Not 404 / etc., just it loads forever.

(Also some web proxies and my VPN don't work)

Hmm wierd... it's not just me though/ People that live near me have the same problem... Could he have firewall'd an ISP?

Also, how can i use that form when HF won't load?

I still really don't get this. No proxies work either? I have done nothing wrong, so I know it isn't that he banned me and my whole ISP =-p

NVM contacted my ISP, then didn't block it =-p
