I need your input

Hi,

I have been wanting to start a daily blog of some sort for a while now but have never gotten around to it. I've been trying to think of various topics I'd like to focus on, but can't seem to decide which would best serve a purpose. Below I will list the ones that come to mind:

• Sport
  
• Music
  
• Gaming
  
• Technology
  
• News
  

I know the above are actually quite common, but which do you think would attract readers the most? Also, if you have any additional categories, please feel free to share them with me. I'm open to suggestions.

Why don't you just talk about everything on your blog?

There are many blogs that cover similar ground, so I suggest either a specialised focus for one (example: American rock music from the 1990s with political intent) or a broad approach for one (example: music in sports, gaming, technology and news developments).

Why do you make it like a Twitter style? For instance have your top 5 funny moments of the day or week.

You could also go down the opinion route. Share your views and opinions on a certain topic i.e News, Sport, Travel then invite other people to share their opinions which should spark some discussion.

But I've never made a blog before so this could all be nonsense
