When you compare the prices of competing mp3's, I would say that iPods are always more value for money. Think Apple, Think Quality. Buy an iPod Touch.

The iPod Touch is really nice. I'd suggest you get one

If you only care about music/videos, and have a shitload of them, you might want to get a classic though. More room, and cheaper.

I'm going to end up getting the 32 GB iPod Touch for $300 I think it is. I'm getting a job once I'm done school, so money won't be an issue.

For an MP3, I'd go with the SanDisk Sansa Clip. I mean if you prefer an MP3 over an iPod.

Get the iPod Touch for sure, it's only like $300, i brought mine, i love it, but then i upgraded to my iPhone, but yeah if anything i would highly recommend the iPod Touch. the lowest one, i think it's 18GB will do aswell, no need for the 32GB

They make look like they were made for kids, but they are really fun! Besides, the apps are GREAT. You have no idea how many times the 'Flashlight' app from Cydia has helped me.
