How can I (and other users) start a PTC site?

I've been asking myself this for a while now. I google this question, and hardly anything useful comes up.

Does anyone here have a PTC site? If you do, how do you start one? ( besides purchasing domain/hosting )

Do you need to convince other people to put their ads on your site , or do they come to you?

Do you need a lot of money to start?

These are all simple questions, but I cannot answer them

Firstly, you will need a PTC Script, i would suggest googling

"Free PTC Scripts"

Secondly, you need to set it all up.
(most will have a setup guide)

they're pretty easy to setup (past experience)

You will need money, to pay your users ofc..

To make profit, you will need to get popular, so people buy ads on your site..
Otherwise, your just screwed wasting money.

I already know I need a script. Free scripts tend not to do so well either.
