000webhost are one of website of www.hosting24.com which is a big company if i might say. But I haven't clarify this by myself, some people said it's scam, but I dont know for sure

after using 000webhost before moving on and buying a domain i can tell you that both the hosting and affiliation schemes of both sites are legit.
you get your unlimited bandwith and space with hosting24, and you get your money when your refer people and they register a site.

i've never experienced any trouble with either companies and i will continue to use them untill i do.

they also let you make sites to do with hacking and warez, as long as illegal files are not hosted on their servers
so all in all yeah, they're legit, imma stop talking about them before i start looking like an advertiser

No they don't pay. I reached over $100 with them and they banned me for nothing!
Search other web masters forums or Google, it looks like I'm not the only one.
