I read a book where this guy could tell how people were really feeling because your real facial expression is shown for like a fraction of a second and he could see it, it's interesting. You can't actually read minds, it's just educated guessing from observations

Mind reading is just a myth, imo. He probably could make educated guesses as to what they were thinking via body language and facial expressions.

This isn't a myth. It's something I found very interesting and decided to look into. The term 'Mentalist' is real - people are actually able to do what Patrick Jane does (which isn't reading minds, by the way), without needing to be able to read peoples' minds. It's all about reading body language and predicting likable mental outcomes. Studying psychology is a great way to learn more about this; similarly to criminology.
Also, the series 'Lie To Me' is another great one to watch if you're interested in this sort of thing.
Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.
