Good point actually. Smoking does calm people down, and so does thinking about things that make them happy.

Well if he is that young then he should better stick to the "go to bed and think about nice things" part Tongue

-I suggest just ignoring things that piss him off, and taking long walks alone.

Yeah, taking long walks is a good idea, it helps to clear your mind.

True, but it's not really great advice. Smoking is defiantly an anxiety release, but a terrible unhealthy addiction.

See some specialist or something? Or just do sums in your head until you cool down

Try entering in a physical sport like wrestling or football, to release your anger in a positive manner Smile
