I seriously don't know whats wrong with my graphic properties. Everything is fine even when I take a PrtScrn. But to mee it's different because I think it's my display driver. This is how I see my taskbar.

It could very well be that the backlight on the lcd is going out. How old is the laptop? does it get moved around alot? It wouldn't be an issue with your graphics chip as then it would have artifacts and or not work at all.

Hmm..well my LCD is broken a bit from the side and theres this rope kind material that looks like it's going to break in a few months which I believe will kill the LCD. So O_O?

It's not the backlight, otherwise the whole screen would be playing up. If I'm not mistaken, it's just the taskbar that isn't appearing correctly? I can't really tell what's going on from the picture.

Try ending the 'explorer.exe' process and then starting it again. How often does this occur?
