I made my own gradient with the RGB values you posted and used the effect "Gradient Overlay" on the text. I also used Satin to move the text inside and darker color.
The font name is: An Unfortunate Event

Nice and simple but I think the green is a little too bright, but except from that its good work. 7/10.

Yours looks good, although I recommend adding an image or something into it, if possible.
Personally I don't like green :p but the effects work very well!
Another point is the shadow under the "N". As it is a capital letter I think it needs more of a shadow than it currently has.
Other than that it is a very nice signature, easy to read and great effects!

Of course! I'm not a huge fan of repetition/symmetry myself; it's too boring.
I may have to create my own version of your sig soon, idk what i would use as a picture though
