Nice video, I had never heard of dreamscene until recently. I think it was only on Vista, anyway i patched my Win7 and have it on this now.

I think Dreamscene was only activated on Vista Ultimate so Microsoft could try and get more money.

I believe that'll only work for Windows Vista Ultimate. This tutorial is for patching it into lower versions like Home Premium.
