In my school, If you get caught using your phone,

They take it away for 3weeks and even if your parents come into pick it up they won't give it to them.

I'm homeschooled, so this doesn't really apply to me. When I went to public school, I'd text during class. It wasn't such a big deal. Although, there were teachers whose classes you knew not to text in. I've learnt that a lot of European countries are much more lax about it than the Americas. It's rather unfair -_-

I'm allowed to call with my phone in my school. But if someone call you while your in lessons they will take your phone for about 1 week.
