Well their is also no reason you shouldn't know. You also have the ask to right that player for a more detailed explanation as to why in private message; you obviously don't have this option with anonymous reputation.

Yes....The point is to collect more votes/data/opinions to help the staff members decide. Really only Omniscient could decide to change this I believe.

You say there is no reason. Look at my rep. Look at your comment. It is a class a example of rep abuse. I don't really care about rep, as long as isn't so low people don't trust me.

If omni would want to change it, he would have. I don't think, some vote will change his mind.
Other than that, if you have done the crime, you do the time. You can fix it, by not repeating your mistake.
