LED TVs are now replacing LCD TVs, and computer monitors as well. They're much brighter, sharper, crisper etc.

The problem with 3D tvs is there's not much 3D content, and by the time there is, it will be time to upgrade to a new TV, by which time 3D TVs will be much cheaper.

i think 32'' is pretty sufficient though, i use 32'' for gaming, as PC screen and obviously as a TV.

Now in the market there are available different brands of the TV in the 3D visualization with better voice quality. Another thing is that you can feel that features as the multiplex due to its MHz. So, I suggest to buy a 3D TV for the better enjoyment.

Get something with nice pixel density rather than size. I prefer pixel density over size.

LCD is pretty old now.
It's obviously better than plasma in the power department.

But you should get either an LED or 3D TV. Haha.
