whats the best place to get link / banner/ button exchange?

I have a forum which is doin quite good and as expected. Got listed on google properly and have PR3 now. I think it is the right time to do link / banner/ button exchange now. But since I am not real experienced webmaster, i was just wondering if someone can guide me to a good place where i can get my link exchanged?

The best way to get link exchanges is to search for non-competing but related sites in your niche, look for their contact information on their site and send them an email directly. This is a much better way than doing link exchange sites, because you are limited only by the size of the internet.

Just do a quick google search on a few terms, and pick sites that are in the same realm in terms of traffic as you with content that you would be comfortable seeing your users filtered to.
