Go to C:\Program Files\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\cfg .
Open with a text editor the file "config.cfg"
Right click and paste the code you copied before.
Save the file and run CSS...

To crash the server: press the key "v" repeatly
The server will crash!

It worked for me, many times... I do this and they all say in chat: lag lag lag..... xD

I know scripts for crashing CS:S but I can find a script for CS 1.6?

Yea, I have seen this method around before although I never tried it as I don't play CSS, but there is something similar to this for Call of Duty 1 Servers.

You might want to include in the thread that you only tried in non-steam version and it may not work on steam version since most people plays steam version ^^
