Advance Icon Changer


Hello everyone! This is advance icon changer, and its also very useful which means you can use it! So its not coded by me, the default source codes was in C# so i just translated to VB.Net. Hope you will love it.

How big do the icons have to be for it to use them? what format and can they just be an image that is big and it will shrink?

It's always best to find out whose work it is, if not your own and give them credit.
