Why Are All the HF Moderators Here?

Because obviously Omni knows they are very experienced and able to handle a large forum and he can trust them. It's more reliable than just random people that apply.

If they are chosen as a moderator, that's good. They do an awesome job.

I personally am not bothered if Omniscient chooses new staff or keeps the ones he has on other forums. He knows they do a good job and it's his decision.

Because Omni know and trusts them, although I believe they are all just normal members (Bar Kn1ght) ATM.

But I'm 99% sure if SF needs more moderators Omni will go to them, not the "Moderator Application Thread"
