Thanks. I have a decently old laptop (maybe a year old) who's keyboard is fudged. It's all dirty, so if I can clean it, it's good as new.

Good tutorial. Shame that I have a Sony Vaio and the keys can't just pop off like other laptops.

Shouldn't take to long to do this.
About ten minutes tops if your a quick and clean worker like me. I've done it before. I took all the keys apart and soaked them and scrubbed them with a old toothbrush.

I did the same, but then forgot where some keys went so I used my other keyboard as a guide.

You could just put them in warm-hot (not boiling) water if it would make you more comfortable.
