Mine would be the super bar. I love the window snap feature but over all the new start bar pwns.

Thread's kinda old, but oh well.
My favorite Win7 feature is shaking my mouse around to minimize all the windows crowding my screen.
Saves me a lot of time.

The snipping tool is the best imho.
It gives better quality than Print Screen.

I have never herd of a snippet tool before, I have been looking for this everywhere!, It's really easy to capture any screen, Thanks for this never knew such a tool existed :\, Shows how much i know about Win7 xD.

Screen dividing (I'm not sure what this is officially called, but hey it's a start), and I find the desktop button in the lower right really useful when looking for a file or to see which windows are critical to the current task.
