How to make this code into a gui?

Hi,

I am sorry if this is on the wrong place because I do not know what language this is.

I want to use a stepper motor from an HDD from my computer printer port so I googled and found this code but no explanation.

I would appreciate it if someone can tell me if this code will work and how do I use it.

The code is turbo pascal, and you will need Borland Turbo Pascal compiler. I see no reason why it wouldn't work, but the compiler will indicate to you if it doesn't. However this code does look old if it requires the compiler to be for DOS.

Do you maybe know where I can download a freeware Borland Turbo Pascal compiler for DOS?

I will search on google anyway.
